01General Information & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Baje 365 platform. By creating an account, playing, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

02Account Registration

03Age Verification & KYC Process

Baje 365 reserves the right to verify a member's identity and age at any time. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is generally required before processing large withdrawals.

Any one of the following documents may be required for KYC:

• Passport
• Driving License

A utility bill or bank statement may also be requested for address verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not completed.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Baje 365:

Members may only use payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Baje 365 does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baje 365 offers a variety of bonuses. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified amount of wagering is required before any bonus can be withdrawn. This is typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• A single bonus cannot be used: Using multiple bonuses at the same time is not allowed unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or any other strategy to claim bonuses will result in account closure.

Baje 365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion. Members will be informed in advance if an active bonus is cancelled.

06Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Baje 365:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if a Cash Out option is available, you may use it.
• If any bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• If an obvious error or technical fault is found in the odds, Baje 365 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• For Sports Betting, official results are final. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the relevant official sports governing body will be followed.

For live betting, if your connection drops, please check the "My Bets" section to confirm whether your bet was placed successfully. Baje 365 is not responsible for bets that are cancelled due to connectivity issues.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baje 365:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Using false information to claim bonuses or promotions.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Attempting to manipulate any game or betting system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or glitch in the platform for personal gain.

08Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Baje 365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If the member requests account closure themselves.
• Due to legal obligations.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting our support team. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before requesting account closure.
